We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Gemland Residence project! The structural framework is now complete up to the rooftop, which will soon host the swimming pool, gym, and resident lounge. Our focus has now shifted to bringing the interiors to life, with significant finishing works underway across multiple floors.

Recent Highlights:

• Exterior painting progressing on the 3rd floor
• Glass railing installation on the 10th floor
• Tile work advancing on the 19th floor
• Wall painting underway on the 18th floor
• Bedroom cabinet installation on the 9th floor
• Kitchen cabinets fitted on the 9th floor
• Main doors installed on the 19th floor
• Internal bedroom & bathroom doors fitted on the 9th floor
• Skirting completed on the 10th floor
• Glass door installation in progress on the 13th floor
• Kitchen wall tiles placed on the 17th floor
• Gypsum ceiling installed on the 17th floor
• Parking painting – completed ✅
