Project Overview

The construction of Gemland Residence has made commendable strides in the month of April. The development has now reached the 19th floor, with only two floors remaining to complete the main structure. Key milestones have been achieved in both structural and interior works, including the full setup of the show house, significant progress on plastering, electrical and plumbing installations, as well as consistent work on finishes across multiple floors.

Detailed Floor-by-Floor Progress

Parking Area

• The painting of the parking area is currently ongoing. This step marks the beginning of the final finishing works in this section and is a sign of nearing completion for the lower-level infrastructure.

4th Floor – Show House

• The show house is now fully completed and ready for viewing. It serves as a model for potential homeowners and showcases the final design and finishing standards of the Gemland Residence units.
• Wall plastering, flooring, and tile installations have all been completed to the desired standard.
• Windows and doors have been fully installed.
• Painting and final finishes have been completed with high attention to detail.
• All plumbing work has been finalized, ensuring full water and drainage functionality.
• The balcony area has been tiled, and the railing installation is fully complete.
• The kitchen has been fitted with high-end finishes, including a cooker, oven, and exhaust hood.
• Furniture installation is complete, presenting the space as fully livable and showcasing its potential.

5th Floor

• Wall plastering is at 80% completion.
• Electrical works are currently ongoing with steady progress.
• Plumbing works are nearing completion and are expected to be finalized soon.
• Partitioning of all units on the floor has been successfully completed.
• Balcony railing installation is done.
• Wall painting has commenced and is ongoing in several units.

6th Floor

• Wall plastering is currently at 60% completion.
• Electrical and plumbing works are ongoing, with plumbing currently at 40% completion.
• Partitioning for the units has been completed, setting the stage for internal finishes.
• Gypsum installation has been successfully completed, preparing the ceiling for painting and lighting.

7th Floor

• Gypsum ceiling installation is currently ongoing.
• Plumbing and wall painting are actively being undertaken.
• Steady progress is being made to prepare the units for finishing stages.

8th Floor

• Wall plastering and painting are in progress.
• Partitioning of units has been completed.
• Electrical and plumbing installations are ongoing, with scheduled completion in the coming weeks.

9th Floor

• Plumbing and electrical works are actively ongoing.
• Wall plastering is being done across several units.
• Partitioning has been completed, facilitating the start of interior works.

10th Floor

• Partitioning of all residential units is complete.
• The next construction phases include wall plastering, electrical works, and plumbing installations, which are scheduled to begin shortly.

11th & 12th Floors

• Partitioning works are complete, allowing for the next phase of internal wall finishes and mechanical/electrical installations.

19th Floor – Current Activity

• The slab casting for the 19th floor is currently underway. This is a key milestone indicating the topmost structural levels of the building are being finalized, and vertical construction is nearing completion.
